The items purchased on E-Bay are either defective or develop defect subsequently.
1. I purchased E-Cooler from E-cool, which was found to be in defective condition. I never expected any compensation to be paid to me. However, when I complained about the same, the seller posted a false feedback which was highly derogatory. I requested E-Bay customer support to take necessary actions against the seller & remove the false remark posted by him. Instead of taking any action eBay advised me to post a claim & then engaged me in endless red-tapism. The cooler is still in same condition. I had given up hopes of the matter getting settled to my satisfaction.
2. I purchased a victorian bed from Induscraft. Firstly, it was delivered very late. At the time of delivery, it was in very good condition & was found to be very attractive. Accordingly, I posted my feedback. However, now after about 3-4 months, it developed various defects & the seller is not responding. What can be done in such cases?
3. The disputes cannot be seen after certain period, neither the transactions. How to follow-up on such items?
I have been disillusioned from eBay.
