Dussehra offer gift not recieved

Hello eBay,

I purchased "NIKON COOLPIX L120 + Rs 5000 in FREEBIES from ZoomIn item code -250885300955" with paisa pay id 30056465784 on 28th September 2011 and used dussehra offer for free gift.
i used the code EBAYDUSS04 for Micromax Q2+.
I have received my item from the seller but haven't heard anything from eBay. Please let me know about the status of the product whether i will get it or not.

Your executives tells me that the product is returned as the address is not updated.

THIS IS THE FAKE AND FALSE REASON THEY GIVE TO EVERYONE.

I have update the registered address 2 months back and my shipping address and Registered address are exactly same.

How can the courier guys return it without even calling?
Why will I not receive only free gift while I get every other product I have ordered for.

I lost my trust on E-bay completely.

I am a customer who has purchased 32 items online in last two months and you know I totally dislike E-bay for their CHEATING APPROACH especially for free gifts.

Its not just me...they are losing several customer's trust an loyalty by adopting cheap tricks.

I too purchased items in Sep 2011 and was supposed to get free GANESHA CHATURDHI gift. First, they said it will be shipped in 45 days. After 45 days, I was told it will be sent within 60 days. After 60 days, it is now infinite days, they say the promotional team has to get back !! So, I have also suspended any purchase from eBay. Cannot believe them
