even i have not received my gift eligible for the PaisaPay ID: 32368912980. when i contated customer support i received a reply saying that "On checking our records we notice that you have made the payment on 25-Oct-12 and have successfully redeemed the Dussehra Promotion.

We have "Escalated" this issue to our team to get it resolved as soon as possible. Once it gets resolved you would be intimated.
