Yes you are right. eBay is not being careful with the quality of their sellers on their website. As a matter of fact, flipkart and amazon who offer COD are much better and I have only good experiences compared to eBay. Many of the sellers just offer without real stock and with very low prices compared to other sites just to attract the buyers. Once the customers pay and these sellers dont respond to your emails are phone calls. They wont survive in India for long unless they change the way they do business.
