Diwali Gift not Received Even after 90+ dayys of waiting

I have bought about Rs. 25000 during diwali time and opted for a free gift as I was eligible for buying eligible items. The Gift I opted was 500 gb WD External Portable Hard Disk. However I have not received my gift till now. I tried contacting your customer care over 1 800 209 3229 almost 8 times and I was assured of my gift delivery every time I called. I was always given about 2 to 3 weeks of wait time every time I call your executives.


I called in today to enquire about the status of the gift delivery as I was told you will be getting it by End of Jan 2012 as per your executive's confirmation on 17th of Jan 2012. However to my rude shock I was told that they do not know the current status and asking me to wait till 7th or 8th of February 2012. I have lost patience dealing with your guys and confidence in your executive's commitments.

I am choosing to write this mail to escalate and get your attention to the issue and help in resolving this issue. If this is not the right place, please let me if there is any escalation mechanism to take this issue to senior people who are responsible for resolving this.

You're just waiting for Diwali gift! I'm yet waiting for my Dusshera Gift which I'm yet to receive. I realized that this is all gimmicks from Ebay and offlate it's following cheaps tactics to sell/promote the items. I've sent my concerns tons a times through mail, phone and even Customer Support chat. Everytime they say I'll receive it soon. It has been 4-5 months by now...LOL! 4 months back through Global Buy option (PaisaPay # - 380372156588). I've
received the item in peace and its all good. However I feel I've been
cheated by Ebay by unnecassary attractives for festival offers. In
September I've received a bogus mail from ebay that if I purchase a
product above Rs 5000, I'll get free gift of Trancend 8 GB pen drive and
Philips earphones (promotion code EBAYDUSS01). I've been associated with
Ebay since quite a long time and bought lots of items. But I feel I'm
cheated in this case as I'm yet to receive my freebies for this
transaction. Atleast there should be some comunication in this regard
from ebay that when can I expect my freebies. I could have bought a
single Instyler for Rs 4,800 which is still available on Global Buy. By
such stupid attractions I went ahead and booked 1+1 offer worth Rs.
7,646 so that I can cross Rs 5000

send back the another one. Please advise in this regard and let me know
