Sick of this system. Chat support is a waste and good in ending the chat or not replying. No etiquette. The call support teams tries to remove the frustration of the call with the customer.
It's more than 4 months and eBay is unable to provide a resolution. Give a same canned answer that the item has been dispatched on February 16th. The tracking code doesn't work. Totally it feels as if we are taken for a ride.
Regret buying it from eBay. If it was a free gift I would have forgotten it. However, here they have charged more than 5k for a product as per the seller.
