When the money wil be refunded by ebay. Until now there is no response from the ebay claims department. I don't know the reason. Different people from the customer care department are sending the same message to me as response, but still now i didn't receive any call from the claims department of ebay.

Have you escalated the the Dispute to Buyer Protection? if not Kindly escalate your problem to Buyer Protection on the Dispute Consol (help on Dispute Consol) for eBay to take appropriate action

I think you have not read the message fully, the claim has already been escalated, but still i didn't receive any call from ebay.

Always your customer service is giving me the same reply.
