I have purchased a mobile (Samsung A707) from ebay. Seller shipped the item and i recived the parcel through DTDC courier but when i opened it there is no mobile two stones are there in the packet. i didnt checked the parcel at the time of delivery... now seller is cheating and saying that i am reshipping the item but he didnot. Customer care of ebay is not working. What can i do.. I want my money back. Please do something. Today 26th April is the last day to recive item. seller will show that he will shipped the item. But i recevied only stones instead of mobile phone. Please investigate..
