Did not receive gift from EBAY India even after one and half years!!!

Hello!

I bought a Canon Digicam on April 2, 2009 (Paisapay ID 24078151748) and used an eBay gift voucher (LMSKDA0CYL). Ebay promised to send an external hard drive for this voucher. But, till date I have not received that HDD. I sent several emails and called many times to their customer support, but with no result! It's been more than one and half years now, and I am not sure whether I would get my HD at all!! Should I lodge a complaint to the consumer court now? Please suggest.

@all pls register a case against ebay for not recieving the gift. I am also going to register a case at consumer court within a week. And they will have to pay for harrasing me too.

i was told i will get a gift if i place an order .
i bought for 2lakh rupees. and ebay has not sent me the gift even after 6 months .

is there any way i can get my gift.....
why does ebay cheat to customers . is there anyone to fight against them .
