Did anybody receive any promotional gifts from ebay till now??

I am waiting for my Dusshera gift since the last 5 months. I called ebay customer care around 10 times. Every time the agents repeat the same phrase "You will receive the gift in 2 weeks"

Is there any "Customer support" guys actually there?? Or is it an automated machine handling these?

I think you guys are just fooling your customers.

same here i am also not received my Christmas gift yet . now i am planning to file a complain against ebay in consumer court. Can anybody help me how file case in consumer court..

I got a lot of packaging material from eBay. It was not offered to me, I just received it.

@jaypee1729 Your feedback score is 0. If you have not bought anything or sold anything how come eBay has offered a gift.
As per my knowledge the scheme is for EBAYDUSS06 you need to purchase products worth more than Rs.10000 & you get a Panasonic Cordless Phone 3600.
