Delay in receiving the product

Terrible customer service as you said the product will be delievered by 19th but i have not received anything so far. While ordering the product i specifically mentioned the complete address and i got a call from courier guy that the complete address was not mentioned in the packet because of which he could not deliever it on 19th. But i want to understand one thing why this happened. .. I don't know why is it taking so long.  

This was my first order from ebay but the the experience is not convincing. i will rate 4 out of 10 overall shopping experience

When did you buy the product?

If I am not wrong, you joined ebay on 15th February.

Even if you purchased an item on 15th and it was shipped the same day, the delivery deadline would be 22nd February.

Where did you get the 19th date?
