Delay in Delivery..

I have ordered Dumbells on5 dec.2012.Till today i have not received it..what the hell is this..Why this delay is happening..If such type service will be given to us then why we shop with ebay.and loss our time and money..If You are unable to deliver the items in time then return my money...
