I bought a product today, and gave you my my card details, the very first time. Like a normal shopper, either I would xpect to take my product then and there(touch and feel) or at the very least be told about a delivery period. This experience leaves me feeling very unsettled, I have a feeling(probably right) that you guys, haven't quite got your manpower, systems, processes and finances in order to deliver to the customer. Just a slap bang job, looks flashy but lacks conviction....
