You guys are highly irresponsible, its next to impossible to speak to your customer care department.
I ordered a bluetooth headset from your website, the seller has delivered a defected piece and it doesn't look like its original from any angle. I have tried calling seller but his number is not reachable since the order has arrived. I have been trying to get in touch with your customer care department but constantly they are not reachable.
take swift action on this complaint otherwise the consequence will be pretty bad for this seller as well as for your company.
