DOW Subsidy amount Not Credited even after 6 Months

Non receipt of Subsidy amount from ebay to us for participating in DOW- Month of March

We have participated in the DOW(Deals of the week) selling ASUS LAPTOPS in the Month of March 2012 for the following item numbers.


ITEM ID 260984476819,260978261999,260972738588,260972733565


Following up with emails and phones to the concerned personnel who handled the DOW to their official ebay ids hasn't given any result.

Surprisingly its been 10 days since we sent written communication to ebay registered office in Mumbai and no communication as on now..


After lot of follow up and threatening legal action, they have restricted the account after doing more than 1 Crore business with 98% feedback with in a year and till no news of the payment due to us...

Sellers participating in various promotions be-careful.

Why you guys are providing discounted quotes then? So many sellers posted these things on forumn. We to have challenging rates but we are aware of this issue due to which we are not sending a single quote. So beaware all sellers who are thinking to participate with such criteria.
