eBay or V-Customer employees always try to help anyone in need. Sohail has settled many a cases for us. He is very kind, polite and professional in his approach and for that We do really appreciate him as a eBay staff.
Community Boards are not for making personal accusations and for pointing fingers at anyone. As already mentioned to you in other thread contact you account manager for this issue. Why are you defaming an individual?
Ok I understand that you have Sohail's number as you 'claim' that he gave you, But how come- vkrm2000 get his number too. Anything here that I missed? Or Something here is for sure fishy.
I request some eBay pink to immediately intervene and delete all related threads posted with personal information pertaining to this topic.

Did We not made ourselves clear why we want this thread to be deleted. Because of personal mobile number and name put on a public forum.
We have always advocated sellers and buyer's causes and criticized many a times eBay's policies. But there are some basic rules and guidelines which have to be followed while posting on forums,
Your cause may be justified and very important but the medium you choose is unjustified. We would never had asked the post's to be deleted had no phone number been mentioned there.
Imagine Your Buyer posted in almost every other thread in FULL CAPS and IN BOLD that he got a fake coin with your full name, address and personal mobile number. How would it had felt. Think it this way.
Again, No one's questioning seriousness of your problem and denying it's important and serious nature.
