I made a purchase (PaisaPay ID 27714182210) during the diwali period and I used the diwali promotion code DIWALISPL1. I still didnt get my gift(PenDrive). I have been trying to contact ebay so many times on this issue and all I got is irritated!!!!
You won't get anything from Customer care. They are the worst part on ebay.
After doing transactions in ebay, I have realized that if you get your promotional gift it's your good luck. If you don't then try to forget about it.
