Your customer support phone does not connect..... You do not have a customer support email id published on the website and your online chat redirects to the forum.... What is going on ?
I had received a mail from you saying that the Diwali Mega Gift promotion for a 500 GB Hard disk would be delayed for 4 - 7 weeks and i could pick an alternative. I did so on the 21st of November 2011. I selected a Kodak CD 443 Camera. But to date i have not received it.

So when will i receive my Diwali Gift ? Diwali 2012 ? Why the request for a change of gift if the original would have been delayed by 4-7 weeks and the replacement gift (if it ever comes to me) takes more time than that?

DIWALI DHAMAKA Free gift promotion is false ....
I have claimed my free gift on 26 Nov, 2012 and it's still not dispatched. Customer support people telling it may take one more month to dispatch the gift and no answer on CLEARTRIP coupon.

same case happened with me also...i have purchased an item during Ganesh Puja and gift as assured has not yet delivered by them till date.
everytime they are just saying that we will deliver it very soon but 4 months have been passed and they have not taken any initiative.
we should move to consumer court.

See Participated in 2012 Diwali gift offer... They said to visit back on 26Nov to 30/Nov to select the free gift....
I visited many times but i didn't see any option/link for selecting the gift of choice.....
I checked my Account E-mail, but no message of any Diwali winnings...
How do i place a complaint to E.Bay for claiming my Gift (i thought of selecting Logitech Wireless Key Board)..

I purchased a product over 1 lakh rupees. and select a gift option Sony cybershot H100 on 30 november 2012. Still i don't received my gift. Its already over 45 days.
i try to speak to ebay india customer care, but they don't have responsible answer for that.
Last year i face same kind of problem with ebay. that time they says to me this,

I think this time also ebay is waiting of any Flood or tsunami. for finding that type of excuses.
I am really disappointment with their work and response.
please be professional and don't act like government sector company.
