I have purchased items from EBAY worth over Rs 100000. So, under the ongoing Diwali promotion I was eligible for HTC Desire S mobile. But its been over 3 months now since diwali and I am still waiting for my gift. I have called Ebay customer support say like 20 times, every time they put me on hold for say 10 minutes (add 5 minutes here for which I have already waited to get connected to a representative) and in the end all I get is a new date. From December end to 15th Jan, then Jan end, Feb mid, Feb end....ah I have lost my faith now. I don't think you are ever going to send my gift, right. I just called in today also, was kept on hold, and after waiting 10-15 minutes I had to disconnect the call, because I kept saying hello-hello but got no reply. So, I haven't got my gift yet, and I have spent Rs 100+ in calling EBAY. But I guess thats not your responsibility, the false commitments & the long wait and hold time.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with EBAY.
