I purchased a cell phone,phone defective,i registered  a compiaint for replacement,but you reply sir this is manufacturing defuct,we cant help it,

So i want to know,how i can purchasing with you

Why Claim is rejected?  And more over i send an email on june 11th 2016 about return pick up there was no reply for that email. pick up person not came till now.with out replying for my email. why claim is closed. its almost 2 months is not fair and please do return pick up by with in 24-48 hrs.  if any queries please contact to my 8892538249
