Customers negative feedback for Paisapay late clearance, is it justified?

Hi,

The customer gives a negative feedback for paispay taking time for clearance of payment. They have been doing this lately, many of the payments are getting late clearance. The money gets debited from the customers account and then paisapay takes another 4 to 5 days for clearance for which the customer gets annoyed. Now, the point is that the ebay policy is such that negative feedback received due to this reason doesn't qaulify for reversal or removal. This is very unfair to the sellers as they get negative feedback for no fault of their. As ebay poicies are more and more inclined towards protection of buyers, this gives an extra point to mention that.

Negative feedback from buyer with these words "why is the payment still pending through paisa pay?" is very unfortunate. Buyer looks like asking question to eBay through the feedback system. He has no idea how to contact eBay and what is the significance of feedback system. Hopefully such feedbacks from ignorant buyers should be withdrawn immediately by eBay.

I don't know what's happen to EBAY-INDIA, they are on sure path to suicide.

OH how I miss BAAZEE and BID N BUY days.
