Customer service executive

I had purchased a product and called cust care to return it
The customer care executive named <Removed> talk to me so arrogantly that i was feeling like i should slang him
Even though i controlled myself and asked him for refund which he said no
So this is good you purchase a product you dont like it send it back and dont refund too
My issue remains unresolved till now
I am ebay cust since so long even then ebay treats its customers like a bull**bleep** i think this was my last purchse from ebay from now i wont even order a needle from ebay and
Suggestion ebay runs only through its customers treat your cust like god not like servant and give some good soft skill training to your bpo executives
