I finally solved the technical problem on my own.The customer care did not know anything and gave round round answers.

The customer care at ebay is most unresponsive and uncaring. The quality of support provided is obnoxious. With this level of quality & support the site will fail to retain customers.

Ebay India customer care is seller-happy not for buyers. Those guys are totally hopeless and worst. Ebay will be loosing customers day by day due to this reason and one day it will be 0. God is great!
