I have orderd one item on 7th Oct and then i got one msg from sellr that they wont b able to send that item at my place and order got canceled.

and also thy have mentioned they will refund my amount within 3-5 days its almost 25 days and i didnt recived my amount back.

could you please tell me how could i get my amount back???

Hi i have purchased a earphone in ebay which was cost of some around 1500 i have ordered one product which was shown in the site that was i purchased on 13th october 2014. i got received the courier on tuesday 4th of november 2014 that to they have send me another product. how come it may be happen if you dont have that product you have to return my money how can you send another product to me. you have to update it no stock. that too the product which you have send me there is no name on that i think it will be not more then 500/- Rs how can we trust this site. please suggest me i dnot want that product its of no use to me please suggest me to get my money back or i will select another product with that amount
