I have requested eBay to contact me as my attempts have failed in the past, I like the service offerings, but my confidence is rattled as the past few transactions hv been difficult, am left to the mercy of seller and they do help, but I am now to have several exchanges to resolve trivial issue wasting my time.
While my regular purchases on monthly basis are very high, on line is a tiny fraction, I hv little confidence if I can pursue on this one, I wud rather stick to a brand and their online where am sure to get support.
However, I sought help and still to receive one, just to instilled confidence in me about eBay, still waiting.
I am resigned to the fact that I wl resort to eBay only on items I do not get in any other process and would term it high risk as it's just purchase in darkness for the moment.
