I am making repeated calls to eBay customer care for refund process for which I opened 10 days ago. My Claim ID: 2541654. Highly disappointed by the response. They keep saying I was not reachable. I have given an alternative number. Still, i receive the message, they were not able to contact me. The seller has agreed for a refund. Each time I call customer care they say eBay guarantee team will contact you on your alternative phone number. (9686451451). Recently I received a message If I don't update my status before 22-dec. The item will be considered as accepted.
