It was real bull **bleep** to deal this time :
1. Used Item received instead of new
2. Complaint raised under ebay guarantee
3. I am asked to courier item.
4. Item retuned back due to wrong address with ebay.
5. Finally ebay gave their address to courier it again.
6. Courier delivered to ebay.
7. Still no response from ebay
8. Third Class escalation system ( no use ) 1-37083911374
a) All the time I had to communicate ebay for everything. ( it takes minimum half hour per call )
b) Bull **bleep** customer service verify email / date of birth / contact no / address etc every time I call
c) Then they keep on hold for another 10 minutes.
Waiting maximun this week for refund, else will go legal against ebay
