This is regarding disgusting experience with Ebay services..I had purchased a new Hard disk on ebay which came as an old item for which the claim was raised on the same day on 9th feb 2017. Images were uploaded too. I got a call from ebay after 9 days that images are not clear. Same were uploaded next day itself but after that there was no call from their so called claim team which does nothing but just calling for the sake of the closure of tickets at their end. On 24th feb i sent a mail to ebay guarantee again with the images. In between i called twice to know the status but nothing happened. Finally i got a mail and message that claim is closed because there was no action from my end. That's like the most pathetic service I have ever seen. Infact no service at all..i would just like to inform people please don't don't ever buy from ebay. It's fake and just sells old and damaged products. Worst customer experience ever! !!
