Complain Against ebay bull**bleep** policy

I have order a product from eBay on 29th jan 2014 and it showed me estimated time of delivery as 1st feb 2014 ie saturday.

As it was a weekend i gave my home address when i saw the status it showed me product is not shipped .So i made a call to customer support of ebay team and had a word with Shaktimohan and Vinod(supervisor) i told them this and asked them to change my shipping address to my office address as on weekdays i won't be available at home .These idots says i cannot change my shipping address nor i can cancel my item.I mean what type of bull**bleep** policy is this first you show wrong date and because of this when your customer faces problem you say we cannot do anything .First of all i was not able to understand what type of logic they used for calculating timeline then when your timeline is wrong anything .Your supervisor is not able to understand this simple logic that when he will cancel my order the amount will be refunded to ame account from which payment was done.I mean how **bleep**ed up you guys are.disgusting .irritatig .will never buy anything from ebay.my advice to everyone please don't buy anything to ebay. i am goin to make a formal complaint in consumer court .

I also agree with you. Earlier ebay was happened to send items through DTDC also but now they are using blue dart which has a very poor service. As an old customer I am also get fedยทup with this ebay. I have also decided not to purchase any more from ebay for their poor service

i know and these customer care people don't know anything .I was chatting with one of there agent i was asking him about the status and he is replying something else.

Worst experience.They don't know how to talk to customer...
