Community court not working i have received 2negatives its not showing in i

i don't know whats happing with community court . i have received two negatives . item location India Delhi . but still its not showing in community forum. its really . i read blogs of many are facing same problems. eBay please fix up the problem so that seller can get the right to remove the feedbacks.

Hi, same here my feedback is also yet to remove by ebay i have received a mail on 1st april and jury has favoured inmy decission to remove it but still ebay has not removed chatted more than 10 times mailed to inrswebhelp@ebay.com but no reply no support from them they only tell us to write on this mail id support@ebaycourt.com but this mail is not working at all, all mails are getting bounce back now tell me what to do????,
ebay if you can hear this then kindly reply and help us to remove the feedback
