Community court ? Who manges it

I recently bought a Nokia Battery from edeal. The battery was flawed ,lower panel ie the black thing coming off. I wrote a mail to the seller.No reply. I left a negative feedback. H e addressed it to a so called community court. I was contacted by seller who told me that he would send me a replacement , but i should log in to community court. I logged in and furnished the details. Even after 3 weeks I havent received any replacement. And I receive a message that the community court decided to remove the feedback by 51% vote against 49%, can you beleive it.

I am also irked by the fact that many of the things listed in ebay doesnt mention the date of manufacture, why is it so. You can advertise something manufactured in 2001 at 99% discount in 2010, and a buyr knows it only when he receives it. I think displaying the date of manufacture for all goods should be mandatory

FYI, i already initiated complaint through "ebay guarntee program". My intention in posting in this forum is to learn if anybody else has similar experience and how they handled it.
It rajelectronics is busy, he need not respond to my posting. If he responds he should not use words like "spoon feeding, make noise for no reason, learn first to use ebay program" etc. If he chooses to respond in spite of his busy schedule, he should use just try to inform me about how ebay guarantee program works.

Can you enlighten me with what "So a little "vinamrata" in your replies to them will be appreciate" means. If you are busy, please do not bother responding. If you bother to respond, thanks in advance.

If you had already filed through protection program u will get ur money back. See V r here to discuss our problems and get the solutions. We do not really know what happened in the court while your case was in there, that you must be knowing in full.

But the bottom line is - At least 11 Out of 21 randomly selected experienced members of eBay comprising both sellers and buyers decided that your feedback should be removed. Do not blame Community court for it.
