First of all eBay is not inviting community members as jury proving the below hunch of other members, as its silence on their choosing equation which tantamounts to it.
There is strong hunch that eBay staff are getting themselves registered on eBay and then voting or a mix of eBay staff and some community is invited.Overall not fair democratic or transparent process.
Howsoever here is the cruelest joke which shows the inefficiencies of CRF which is a failure till now,
If as a seller we had committed such mistake as CRF has, we would get advises from eBay and buyers that we deserve -ve feedbacks & they will make sellers living hell.
But the big brother who preaches all sorts of policies and penalises dearly for any mistakes made , Who is going to penalise HIM for such CRUEL BLUNDERS,
Here is the Proof
Well i got two mailers from admin@ebaycourt.com that i have won two cases as majority has voted for removing the -ve feedbacks, then as usual TnS was not removing it I one day logged into TnS chat and had talk with Amir, who promised me he will get it removed as i have won both the cases, as he pointed out there seems to be some error from CRF side thus they have not updated them for the same.
Then started the umpteen mails writing process to TnS and they as usually they do
COPY PASTE EXPERTS, never even go through the content of the mail, and from jitendra to sunilraj to what not other various TnS customer care Executive s answered my mails giving and explaining me always CRF rules.
Every time i used to implore them to read the content before hastily shooting out mails, but they would never oblige then one day after almost a week or more i got mailers from eBay CS that the
mail of wining the cases are Fake, and they did not even apologise for it, and said really you have lost the cases, and thus the feedbacks will not be removed.
What cruel joke is this, First you send across a judgement and then send a mailer saying the judgement given was false, How can any seller now trust the CRF, as in future too they will do the same, they will play the card that it was some eror and thus wrong mail sent.
And how can an automated system send a wrong mail, CRF is automated with no humans sending out mails, Sharatji please answer this and donot skirt this important questions, Place yourself in my shoes and see how CRUEL JOKE HAVE YOU people played with me, i am not all happy with such treatment.

3) Now after umpteen follow ups here Customer Care shoots out a non apologetic mail saying after almost past a week that the given judgements were wrong, in reality we have lost both the cases, now DIGEST THIS
Now how many feedback Stars will you rate them for
1)Content of the mail as described -- 1 star very Poor
2) Communication -- Extremely poor less then zero stars
3)Resolution Time -- took More then a week and umpteen mails for them to realize their mistake less then zero star VERY POOR
4)Price at which you got such Services --- Well we dealy pay listing fees and also almost 10 percent to eBay fees and bear the sourier charges too as per new eBay policiy too, peanlty for refunding to buyer, including all this cost, we donot want or expect after paying them such fat renumerations such Pathetic service so 1 star in this too.
This is really a CRUEL JOKE from their side for something as important this, its clear CRF policy failure and all the mist and fog around its policies.Have a clear feeling its rigged.
