Refer to Paisapay ID 41770286818, Claim ID 1681548 for the purchase of Quantum Headphones.
For a simple headphone ordered online, your seller ships a reused - repacked defective piece, where only right side works and left doesnt - your representative calls back and asks me to go find Quantum service center in the town.
The seller, says courier this back and they will send replacement .They wont pay for shipping and asks me to contact ebay for pickup.
Why should I pay for courier when the product is covered by ebay guarantee. Your reps feel offended or close the case without providing any resolution. They claim this is your complany policy.
The useless product is still lying in my house with its packing /invoice etc. waiting for a pick up.
