I do agree.
Few months back ebay has cheated me. customer care guided me to lodge a complaint in ebay guarantee program for a faulty product. I did the same. For 21 days ebay did nothing. after a lots of call to customer care claim adjuster sent me mail stating to send back the product to seller and provide the delivery proof. after doing so, they closed the case file and digested my money as well as product without even telling the reason.
