Hi. I have recently registered a dispute and also resorted to buyer protection on site. I closed the dispute and within few days, i got a claim no. 460346, regarding item no. 5773133938. The claim adjucator, Mr.Henry, is in US and i have been ased to either post the documentary proof or fax the same on his number in US.
I am an ebay india registered user - Why on earth an Indian ebayite, be asked to post or fax his documentary evidence in US? Why can't we have it done in India?
Why is the claim department, not accepting e-mail attachment as proof for buyers outside US?
Pl. Help me in resolving the problem
