I have been waiting for a call from ebay related to this claim id . I have not received any call ,so had directly contacted ebay toll free no on friday 29 Jan.
Where i had specified that i would like my money back. On 31 jan , I had recieved a sms stating to reply *** And I had sent an SMS to *** around 4-30 PM.
On 1st Feb ,I got a msg as the claim is closed. I have contacted ebay on toll free no Service No ***. Where they mentioned that a phone call had been done at 4 PM today 1 Feb. I would like to know on what basis was this id closed and how come the shipped my product to West Bengal when Im in Tamil Nadu .

I have not received any call and would like to reopen this case and get a resolution at the earliest . This was supposed to be a gift for my friend but it seems hopeless contacting ebay .
It has been more than 10 days with no reply or initiative from ebay customer service .
