Cheating by Seller (Technoshoppe )

I have purchased a Nokia(6610) cover from
Technoshoppe for Rs225/-.

The item description in ebay is as follows.

ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PANEL FOR NOKIA 6610 (6398720198)
------------------------------------------------------

But to my utter surprise I got the material which is a duplicate one, which is available at market place at Rs60/-. After repeated communication to TECHNOSHOPPE, the seller is not responding. Post this incidence I am very very apprehensive of Purchasing thru EBAY site..Request EBAY to take up this matter seriously with TECHNOSHOPPE, as tis a question of a buyer's trust on EBAY site..
