Cheated by iberry_store, now not found

I purchased New iberry BT10 tab in May 2012 paying Rs.14990/- through paisapay ID - 31247947995. Although I never confirmed receipt of goods in good condition, the payment was made and I got SMS of thanks for confirming (sic!). The tab never functioned properly and not it is completely out of order though under guarantee. The seller is not responding on his yahoo ID. Unfortunately I purchased the good as 'guest' and thus e bay gives no forum for me to redressal of grievance. Helpless and fed up with e bay and its cheating sellers:-(

The seller iberry_store is not found now on e bay though I am sure he is here with some other name continue to sell inferior iberry products

I am still having the original order statement no.7995 dated 2/5/12. E bay- please help.
