I bought 2 Qty of QHM242 Mouse via paisapay nearly a month back on 17-Aug. Seller shipped a single used piece, even though the listing mentioned it to be new. The seller is now no longer active on ebay. He is not responding to phone to mails. I raised a claim, but the option to ask for re-imbursement is disabled. I contacted ebay via chat and they said someone will call you. This was a week before. I have received no call from Ebay.
How do I escalate this issue?
What is the process to get my money back?
