Changing comm preferences did not stop promotional email

I want to stop receiving promotional email from ebay.

I have unchecked all options in communication preferences. Still I continue to get promotional mails.

Please let me know what else I need to set. In all fairness, please provide an easy way to opt out of promotional mails.

I second that. Communication preferences are not working. Stop sending junk email.

Same issue. Marked all eBay emails as spam. Unimpressed. No matter what I do, promotional emails won't stop coming.
