Cannot confirm the receipt of an item

Received item 120905616685 by seller id 'priceuncle' on 25/10 purchased by paisapay id 32308334033 but cannot confirm the 'Receipt of the item' as the seller/ebay have not updated the status of item which says 'The item has not been shipped'. Kindly initiate.

The problem is seller has not yet marked the item has shipped. Contact seller to mark it as shipped, then the Receipt of Item wil get enabled.
