Cannot Vote in CC-----Syntax Error

I am again getting error while Voting in CC. I have used two browsers, Firefox and Chrome and in both I am getting error. Image shown below:

Now this is something new with CC, I tried to submit by case today on CC but CC is just not accepting any uploads at all. I have tried using latest Firefox and IE.8.0 and also Chrome but on all the browsers the CC page just hangs and "Connection Reset" message appears after sometime.

What's this new issue with CC and why cannot ebay once and all solve this comm court issue.

Now don't tell me they do not have software engineers who can solve this problem.

I think it's fine. I voted a couple of days back and was able to vote on around 20 cases before getting no more cases available. Tried just now and was able to vote on 4 cases before getting no more cases available.

So, I think it's functioning fine in terms of voting.

However, I have another problem. I am unable to file a case as the cases are not appearing for filing. I am unable to see the case for which I have received a negative and thus unable to file (it's less than 30 days).
