It should not take much time for the IT guys to fix this up and why does it keeps coming back?

DUE TO NOT GET ENOUGH VOTE, COURT NOT MAKE DECISION ONE ON MY CASE IN COURT FOR WHICH ONE I WAS HAVING VERY STRONG CHANCES TO WIN , EVEN BUYER ALSO GIVE POSTIVE COMMENTS IN THE CASE

This happened to me earlier the affected cases were put on voting phase again , all i would i request to Jury members ( i am also a jury member ) to keep voting to ease the pending cases .
