All my buyers are complaining that they have not received the email of item been shipped from ebay even after entering the shipping details. Is any more seller getting this complaints from their buyers ?
i had a talk with customer care. they replied that there is some technical work around going on thats why the sms service is affected. they told that the same is expected to be resolved by friday evening. i am facing this problem for last 1 week.
yes this may effect our ratings because buyer's think we have not shipped the item. SMS problem i have seen told by many sellers, but email is also not being received to buyers of shipment.
