Buyer has purchased 120828611282 Item and did not paid ..
I opened the cancellation request on the next day becoz i did not got any response from buyer ..
Buyer is doing Time Pass on Ebay site ..
She cancelled my Cancellation transaction request and still not paying ..
She is an international customer and seems to be spoiling her as well as our's time ..
Is there any way by which we can send the transaction request again or get the FVF back ..
Why we should pay FVF if we did'nt get any Money from the buyer .. ??
Ebay should also protect sellers from such a fraud buyer ..
