Buyer has more power than seller

After reading policies, terms & conditions of ebay india and selling on ebay for such a long time, i strongly feel that buyers have more powers than sellers. in fact which should have been the other way.

Many members may agree with you and it may be right. But I think the buyers are the underprivileged ones being more prone to frauds and monitory loss than the sellers. Apart from the Nigerian frauds, there are far fewer frauds with the sellers than those with the buyers. At least that's the feelings I got from the postings on these boards.
