Booked one and received one with poor quality

Hi,

I've booked Sony Experia E C1604 leather flip cover case in ebay.  Item is described in ebay as leather.   But when I received it, I am shocked to see:

1.  It is for model Experia C1605 and not for C1604 as booked by me.

2.  It is not leather and it is of poor quality material

3.  It is damaged with tears and scracthes in the front flip cover

It is very disappointing with my first experience in ebay.

I want immediate action, ie, replacement with C 1604 leather flip cover.  Else, I will never come ebay and will also spread this bad experience across to all my known circle.

Please give item number and name of the seller you purchased from, also open an ebay guarantee claim immediately and ebay will do the needful.
