Hi!
I had purchased a DVD from ebay - 'original Pokemon Collector's Set DVD'...unfortunately, my DVD player stopped working and had to be sent for fixing the problem. I got the DVD while the Player was away, so had to wait for it to come back before I could play the DVD. Guess what?...the DVD was pirated!!! and did not work on the DVD player!
When I approached ebay India with this problem, within their ebay guarantee timeline, they washed their hands off the whole affair!!! They said I should have reported it sooner - I couldn't have; I had to wait for the DVD Player to come back.
Not only am I appalled at their unrealistic and impractical policies, but I am also shocked that they do business with people who supply pirated DVDs!!!!
I am still following-up with the seller to get my money back. BOO ebay!
