You guys at eBay are probably the biggest liers and cheaters.
I have been e-Mailing you for last 4 months and all i get is an email which says:
"Thanks for your email - we'll get back to you soon"...nothing else.

I am still getting the same error when i try to claim the prize, this is a bit frustrating!
I generally am asked to punch-in the code that is spoken over on the authentication phone call, after i feed in that information i am routed to the home page and i get the link to redeem the prize under this offer...when i click on the link another page opens in a new tab asking me to login with the password...after i do that i get logged in and get the error message. I have attached the screenshot with this e-mail.
Request you to resolve this asap.

I got a call from an eBAY representative 4-5 days back who apologised for the difficulties faced by me with regard to this and took the order ( of the prize under the monsoon offer) over the phone. He also took my address and promised to get it delivered. I havent seen any courier and neither have i heard back from you/eBAY.
Could you please respond? Frankly, all this has been so frsutrating...i have written so many e-mails, followed up so much. Only co. i feel like trusting on e-commerce is flipkart.com
