Bad shipper I need help

I spent a ton of Money and was refered to them Through Ebay.
I am asking for ebays help - support in this matter and would like someone
from your managment or corperate to call that company and ask the what they
are doing with My Order and why they are Making Ebayers experience such a
bad thing .. They are lying and they are refered By ebay's Auction Site. I
do expect Ebay as the site I spend that kind of money on to support me.. If
you can't do this I will go over your head..and contact someone who will,
and explain to them that this email I received from you did nothing, but
pass responability on to whom Ebay refered me..to have it shipped. I beleive
that as the driving force behind this purchess and behind Haulbikes.com
customer base the haulbikes company would move on this if I get your Ebays
support ..That is support.. sitting behind a desk is not support..it takes
action. I am pissed and I will not use Ebay if this is how I am treated
after a large purchess. I will pull my listing and not buy again ever.. I
have never asked for help before .

Haulbikes.com is giving me Nightmares..

I would thing Ebay would help Me and call them ..take them off there site.as a shipper.

This is in reference to the purchase i made from you" New G1000 Watch Mobile Phone Cam MP3/4 Free Bluetooth (320363879470)" on 5 May . Whose PaisaPay ID is 24219825186 for which confirmation of money transfer was received on 6 May 2009

the batteries of the phone have stopped working
and now i was mailing the selle regularly with repeated reminders ..with no response .. now that 45 days have passed the seller has yet not changed the batteris and
when i call them ..the seller says i wont change it because u left a negative feedback ..

what do i do in this case
please help i
feel cheated

I tryed to get Ebay to do something they won't I have contacted several people and they do nothing they called them haulbikes.com a partner?
The support is not there..
